The six wonderkids deemed by GOAL to have more potential than Kobbie Mainoo

Manchester United's Kobbie Mainoo came in at number seven on GOAL's annual NXGN list, which ranks the 50 greatest young talents in the globe.

The United young player's previous few months have undoubtedly been hectic as he's made his mark on Erik ten Hag's team and received his first England call-up.

He is without a doubt one of the best teenage prospects in the world, but according to GOAL, there are six other kids who have more promise than the 18-year-old.

We've examined the NXGN top 50 list in more detail and focused on the six wonderkids who placed roughly Mainoo on the list.

Vitor Roque

This season, Tel has garnered a lot of attention even though they are Harry Kane's backup. The forward, who is eighteen, is the epitome of a super-sub.

Remarkably, he has started from the bench in 28 of his 33 games this season. It's amazing that he's scored so many goals in light of the lack of stars.
